Job description for eLearning Developer

Role title: eLearning Developer


  1. Location: Noida

  2. Key responsibilities of the role:
    • Develop eLearning content
    • Work and collaborate with Instruction Designer
    • Include simulations, voiceovers, quizzes, and other interactive elements; requires knowledge of existing features in eLearning development software
    • Scripting and storyboarding.
    • Gamification and interactivity
    • Content integration

  3. Experience: 0–5 years
    • Experience of eLearning Authoring Software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.
    • Experience in the use of media like graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, animations, and simulations in instruction and Familiarity with Web-related technologies (preferred)
    • Familiarity with eLearning content standard SCORM, AICC
    • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, XML (Preferred)

  4. Education
    Bachelor / Diploma in - Computer Science / Science / Any other discipline

Job Description for Instructional Designer

Role title: Instructional Designer


  1. Location: Noida

  2. Key responsibilities of the role:
    • Develops and designs courses and curriculum
    • Edits and develops online learning materials
    • Creates learning experiences and environments
    • Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments
    • To help in building the Instructional Design Process and come up with the Instructional Design Document, and excellent Storyboards Templates
    • Create scenario-based/character-based courses
    • Ability to research, analyse, and organize large volumes of information
    • Good exposure to the eLearning project lifecycle (desirable)

  3. Experience:
    • 0–5 years of experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of instructional design
    • Should have hands-on experience in using the latest Instructional Design Strategies to come up with excellent eLearning solutions
    • Experience in the use of media like graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, animations, and simulations in instruction and Familiarity with Web-related technologies (preferred)
    • Awareness of eLearning Authoring Software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Lectora, Adobe Captivate, etc.
